City Clerk


The City Clerk keeps minutes of City Council meetings, maintains official records and documents, gives public notice of meetings, and performs other duties required by law or at the direction of Washington City Council. The City Clerk also coordinates Proclamations from the Mayor. Organizations or individuals requesting a proclamation should submit an application, which can be downloaded from this website or obtained from the City Clerk's office.
