GovDeals
The City of Washington has expanded its surplus disposal methods to include online internet auctions. Select property is auctioned through GovDeals, an online auction service. This provides the City the opportunity to dispose of surplus items on an ongoing basis.
Registration with GovDeals is required to bid on an item, but is not required to view listed items. Items are posted as they become available and are sold "as is, where is". A full disclosure of the terms of each sale is posted with the item being sold.
