A request has been made by Hood Richardson, agent for a preliminary subdivision map which subdivides property along Melville Ave. which intersects with Keyesville Rd. The property in question has three lots which front on Melville Ave.

B. PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT

A request has been made by Hood Richardson, agent for a preliminary subdivision map which subdivides property off of River Road approximately 300 feet before North Shores Road.(James A. Wood Heirs) The private right-of-way is adjacent to the Northeast Original Free Will Baptist Church.

A request has been made by Julian D. Moore to rezone 3.483 acres located at 697 US Hwy 17 South from B-2 (Highway Commercial) to RMF(Residential Multi-family).
