Aerobics

The Senior Center offers Low Impact Step Aerobics on Tuesdays & Thursdays at the center at 8:30 am. Class is instructed by Barbara Van Essendelft. There is no charge for this class but contributions are appreciated.

Yoga

Yoga Classes are held at the Grace Martin Harwell Senior Center on Mondays and Fridays at 8:30 am. There is no charge but contributions are appreciated. Class is instructed by Bob Hudson.

Tai Chi

Is a gentle, relaxing exercise program that incorporates both body and mind. This is a great program for people with arthritis. Studies have shown that practicing tai chi helps to aleviate arthritis pain. Class is offered every Monday and Friday at 9:45 am. There is no charge for this class but contributions are appreciated. Instructors are Bob Hudson and Beth Harrell.
